WHOLE WHEAT BRAN BREAD 
1/2 c. warm water
2 pkgs. dry yeast
3/4 c. milk
1 c. water
1 c. All Bran cereal
3 tbsp. sugar
4 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. dark molasses
1 egg, beaten
2 c. whole wheat flour
4 to 5 c. white flour

Dissolve the dry yeast in warm water in a small bowl and set this aside. Put 1 cup water and 3/4 cup milk in pan and bring to a boil. Put All Bran, sugar, salt, butter, and molasses in a big bowl and pour hot water-milk over them. Cool to lukewarm, then add the dissolved yeast and the beaten egg. Stir in whole wheat flour first, then the white flour. Knead dough for at least 5 minutes. Then put dough in greased bowl and let it rise until double in size. Punch dough down and shape into 3 small loaves. Put into 3 small greased pans (size 7 1/2 x 3 3/4 inches) and bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 to 35 minutes until done.
