ZUCCHINI BAKE 
1/2 c. grated onion
3 c. thinly sliced zucchini
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 c. Bisquick
3 tbsp. dried parsley
1/2 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. oregano
4 eggs, beaten

Mix all ingredients and put into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 35 minutes or until golden brown.
