ZUCCHINI BAKE 
3 c. thinly sliced zucchini
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley
Dash pepper
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tbsp. marjoram
1/2 tbsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder or 1 clove garlic
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9 x 13 inch or 12 x 12 inch casserole or baking dish. Mix all ingredients and spread into baking dish. Bake until golden brown, about 30 minutes.

Note: Use Egg Beaters or egg substitute for low cholesterol diet. Can be spread into a 10 1/2 x 15 1/2 inch baking pan and cut in squares and served as an appetizer.
