ZUCCHINI BAKE 
3 c. zucchini, sliced fine, no need to peel
1/2 c. grated onion
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten
Dash of salt (opt.)
Sugar (opt.)

Combine all above ingredients, fold until all ingredients are mixed well. Pour into 8 x 8 inch greased pan (glass pan works). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or more; until top is browned. Serve hot or cold.
