ZUCCHINI BAKE 
3 c. zucchini, sliced thin
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. marjoram or oregano
1/2 clove garlic, chopped fine
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Mix together in one bowl. Grease a 13 x 9 inch or 2 smaller pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Slice 2 x 1 inches. Serve hot.
