POPPY SEED LEMON BREAD 
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water
1/4 c. poppy seeds
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped

Mix all ingredients until blended. Bake at 350 degrees in greased tins for 35 minutes. Drizzle with powdered sugar frosting, if desired. Makes two 9 x 5 inch loaves or 4 miniature loaves.
