CRUSTLESS QUICHE 
3 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 can sliced water chestnuts
2 half breasts chicken, cooked & chopped
1/2 c. cooked broccoli bits
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Salt (opt.)
Pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease pie (glass) or quiche plate. In a small bowl mix eggs, Bisquick, milk and melted butter. Stir well and break up Bisquick. Pour into glass pie plate. Add water chestnuts, chicken, and broccoli bits. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with cheeses. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes until chicken is cooked thoroughly.

This is my go to Quiche. I have made it as the recipe is and also changed it up by changing the added ingredients. I especially like to use cooked asparagus instead of broccoli, no water chestnuts and the cheese I use is a combination of Swiss and Gruyere. Makes a wonderful chicken and asparagus quiche.
