OUR MOTHER'S COCOA CREAM PIE 
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
3 eggs (whites and yolks separated)
2 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. sugar (to add to egg whites)
baked pie shell

Mix cocoa, flour, sugar and salt. Add milk and egg yolks. Mix well. Cook in skillet until thick. Add vanilla and butter. Stir well. Pour in baked pie shell. Cover with egg whites (which have been beaten with 2 tablespoons sugar until stiff peaks form). Brown in oven until light brown.
