1 box Stove Top stuffing
4 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1 c. chopped celery
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip Lite

Prepare stuffing and cool. Mix other ingredients and place in Pammed or greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Crumble stuffing on top. Bake uncovered in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
