HUNGARIAN GOULASH 
Chuck steak
Onions
2 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. oil
Egg noodles

Cut meat into bite-size pieces. Chop onions until you have the same amount as you do beef. Heat oil and brown meat and onions. Add spices and cook over low heat 2-3 hours. Serve over egg noodles.
