POP'S HUNGARIAN GOULASH 
3 lbs. stew meat or shin beef
2 cans (lg.) skinless whole tomatoes
3 lg. onions, chopped
4 med. carrots, cut in sm. pieces
10 whole allspice
Paprika to taste
Gravy Master
3 tbsp. shortening

Remove all fat from meat and cut into one inch cubes. Brown beef in shortening. Add onions and carrots and cook until meat is tender. Add chopped tomatoes and simmer. Add whole allspice and paprika. Gravy Master to darken sauce. Serve on hot buttered egg noodles. A nice salad or a vegetable makes a hearty dinner.
