HUNGARIAN GOULASH | |
3 lbs. chuck, cut into good sized chunks, 1 1/2" - 2" pieces 3 lbs. onions, quartered 2 tbsp. paprika 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Put all ingredients in a large pan, or Dutch oven. Cook on medium high for 15 minutes, stirring frequently. DO NOT ADD WATER. Turn to low heat, cover and simmer about 1 hour or until tender. Serve over noodles with sour cream. Serves 6. |
