HUNGARIAN GOULASH 
2 lbs. beef cubes
2 med. onions, chopped
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. vinegar
6 tbsp. ketchup
1 1/2 c. water

Brown meat and onion in Dutch oven or sauce pot. Combine remaining ingredients and add to meat. Cover and cook on low for 2 1/2 hours or until meat is tender. Thicken with flour and water. Serve over cooked noodles. 8 servings.
