MINI-FRANKS 
3 pkgs. (8 oz. each) refrigerator buttermilk biscuits
Prepared mustard
5 doz. cocktail frankfurters

Cut biscuits in half and place on lightly floured cloth or board. Roll each half, with lightly floured pin, into long thin strips. Brush strips lightly with prepared mustard.

Place a frankfurter across end of each strip and roll up. Place, seam side down, on ungreased baking sheets about 1 1/2 inches apart. Bake in a very hot oven (475 degrees F.) for about 8 to 9 minutes, or until band of biscuit dough is golden. Serve hot with dipping sauce. Makes 60 snacks.

DIPPING SAUCE:

3 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. catsup
1/4 c. well drained sweet pickle relish
1 tsp. instant minced onion

Smooth all lumps out of mustard. Blend with catsup, relish and instant onion. Let stand about an hour or longer. Makes 1 1/4 cups sauce.
