BROCCOLI CORN CASSEROLE 
10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli, defrosted
1 (16 oz.) can cream corn
1/4 c. crushed fat free crackers
1/4 c. egg substitute
2 tbsp. butter buds
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Combine all ingredients and place in Pam sprayed 1 quart casserole dish. Mix additional 1/4 cup fat free cracker crumbs and 2 tablespoons butter buds. Sprinkle on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
