1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3/4 c. cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Combine beef, eggs, cracker crumbs, onion and 1/3 cup tomato sauce, salt, oregano and pepper. Mix well. Shape into a flat rectangle about 10 x 12 inches on waxed paper. Sprinkle cheese evenly over meat. Roll up like jelly roll and press end together.

Bake in shallow baking pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Drain excess fat. Pour remaining tomato sauce mixed with mushroom soup over meat. Bake 15 minutes more.
