SPAGHETTI SAUCE SUPREME 
8 oz. olive oil
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. diced celery
1 "keg" (28 oz.) ketchup
1 tsp. caraway seeds
1 tbsp. sugar
5 tsp. Italian seasoning
4 pinches oregano
2 pinches marjoram
2 pinches basil
1 tsp. caraway seeds
2 lbs. hamburger
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
4 oz. mushrooms
1 c. drained canned tomatoes
2 sm. garlic cloves, diced
Dash cayenne

Saute onion and celery in olive oil. In separate pan, brown and season the 2 pounds hamburger. In large pan, heat remaining ingredients; combine everything. Serves 8 to 10 people
