STRAWBERRY BREAD 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries, thawed & undrained or 2 1/2 c.
fresh berries
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 c. pecans (or any kind)

Mix together strawberries, eggs and oil. Sift dry ingredients into mixture, stir to blend thoroughly. Stir in nuts and pour into 3 medium greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. (To keep nuts from falling to bottom, reserve a little flour and mix with nuts.)
