STRAWBERRY BREAD 
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
2 pkgs. strawberries, drained
1 1/4 c. pecans

Combine flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and sugar. Make a well in center of dry ingredients; add eggs and oil, stirring only until moistened. Stir in strawberries and pecans. Spoon into 2 loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
