STRAWBERRY DESSERT BREAD 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
2 boxes frozen strawberries (in syrup), thawed
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. oil
1 1/4 c. chopped pecans (opt.)

Sift dry ingredients together into a large bowl, and make a well in the center. Mix remaining ingredients and pour into dry mixture. Stir just enough to dampen all ingredients and pour into greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
