STRAWBERRY DESSERT BREAD | |
3 c. self-rising flour 1 tsp. baking soda 3 tsp. cinnamon 2 c. sugar 2 pkg. frozen strawberries 4 eggs, well beaten 1 1/4 c. oil 1 1/4 c. chopped pecans Sift dry ingredients together into a large bowl and make a well in the center. Mix remaining ingredients and pour into the dry ingredients. Stir just enough to dampen all ingredients and pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves. |
