STRAWBERRY BREAD | |
3 c. all-purpose flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 3 tsp. cinnamon 1 1/4 c. chopped pecans or walnuts 2 c. granulated sugar 3 eggs, well beaten 2 pkgs. (10 oz.) frozen strawberries or raspberries 1 1/4 c. cooking oil Sift together dry ingredients in a large bowl, making a well in the center. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour into well. Stir enough to dampen all ingredients. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans or a 9x13 cake pan. Bake 350 degrees 1 hour or until done. If a 9x13 cake pan is used, frost with your favorite white frosting. |
