CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE 
2 c. Chicken cooked and cubed
1 c. Rice cooked in chicken broth
1 can Mushroom Soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
3/4 c. Mayonnaise
1 tsp. Grated Onion
1 c. Celery

Mix together put in casserole dish. Put topping on top.

Topping: Melt 1/2 stick butter. Add 1 c. cornflake crumbs.

Bake at 350°F until hot and bubbly.
