2 loaves frozen bread 1/2 c. butter 3 tsp. milk 1 pkg. vanilla pudding, not instant 1 c. brown sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon Pecans, chopped in pieces Let dough thaw in refrigerator overnight. Grease bottom of 9 x 11 inch pan. Sprinkle pecan pieces into pan. Pull 1 loaf apart in pieces and lay in bottom of pan. Melt butter in milk. Add pudding, sugar and cinnamon. Pour over dough. Pull apart second loaf and lay on and between first loaf. Let rise 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Immediately turn out onto foil. |
