SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. lean chopmeat
1/2 fine bread crumbs
1 egg or egg substitute
2/3 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. grated onion
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 can onion soup or bouillon

Combine meatball ingredients in 1 inch balls. Fry or bake. Combine onion soup and mushroom soup (blend in blender, if you wish). Simmer with meatballs for at least 20 minutes. I usually double this recipe.
