SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. milk
1/3 c. melted butter

Topping:

1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. melted butter

Combine first six ingredients and pour into greased baking dish. Rub together flour, brown sugar and pecans, then add melted butter. Stir until crumbly. Sprinkle over sweet potatoes.

Bake at 375°F for about 20 minutes.
