CRAB MEAT MOLD 
1 can crab meat
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. green onion, chopped
1 tsp. garlic salt; optional
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

Soften gelatin according to package instructions. Heat the cream of mushroom soup, and add the gelatin. Remove from heat and add the remaining ingredients.

Spray mold with Pam, or coat with mayonnaise. Place the mixture into the mold, and chill in the refrigerator until set. Unmold, if desired.
