CRAB MOLD 
1 can tomato soup
2 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1 1/2 pkg. cream cheese (1 lg. & 1 sm.)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. finely chopped celery
3/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
1/2 c. crab (fresh or canned
4 tbsp. lemon juice
20 drops Tabasco (no more, no less)

Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water.

Heat soup, add dissolved gelatin and cream cheese, stir until well blended and cheese is melted. Let cool. Add the rest of the ingredients and pour into mold. Chill until firm.

Serve with crackers.
