PREIOGI DUMPLING 
2 c. flour
1 egg and 1 yoke
2 tbsp. sour cream
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix and knead dough until soft, roll thin, cut in rounds (size of a fried pie).

FILLING:

5 white potatoes
Salt and pepper
2 lbs. American cheese (Velveeta)

Mix all together after cooking potatoes. Place 1 tablespoon of mixture on dough, fold over and pinch together. Drop in boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove when comes to top. Butter and onions chopped on top to serve.
