SPICY CARROT PIE 
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
3 eggs
2 c. pureed cooked carrots
1/2 c. light brown sugar
2 tbsp. honey
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs. Add all remaining ingredients. Bake 45 minutes, 375 degrees.
