TOURTIERE 
3/4 lb. ground pork
1 onion
2 med. sized potatoes
Bell's poultry seasoning (to taste)
Salt
Pepper
Pie crust (with top)
1 egg
Milk (sm. amount)

1. Chop the onion.

2. Cook the pork and the onion until the pork is well cooked, drain the grease.

3. Peel, cut into pieces and boil the potatoes until soft.

4. Mash the potatoes.

5. Mix the potatoes with the pork and add the seasonings; let cool.

6. Make the pie crust, prick the bottom with fork (including around the edges). Do not bake. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

7. Fill with pork filling, cover with top crust.

8. Make an egg wash with egg and water or egg and milk; brush on top, prick with fork.

9. Bake in 350 degree oven 15 to 20 minutes until brown.
