TOURTIER 
1 lb. pork butt, ground
1 lg. onion, chopped fine
2 lg. potatoes
Salt & pepper
Cinnamon & cloves to taste

Cook meat and onions until meat is browned. Cook potatoes and mash (no milk). If you've got lots of fat, spoon most of it out, then add potatoes, salt, pepper, cinnamon and cloves. Cook in double crust pie shell at 375 degrees for 15 minutes, then turn oven down to 350 degrees and cook for 20 more minutes.
