1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 box pineapple or vanilla instant pudding
3/4 c. Wesson oil
10 oz. 7-UP

Beat all ingredients together except 7-UP. Add it last and beat well. Bake in 13x9x2 inch pan about 40 minutes in 350 degree oven.

ICING:

2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. crushed pineapple, undrained

Cook until thick; add 1 can coconut and pour over hot cake.
