HAM STROGANOFF 
2 cans cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken soup)
2 c. chopped ham
Splash of Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 cans water

Mix everything together in a pot and cook until everything is mixed well. Stir occasionally. Just before serving add 1/2 to 1 cup sour cream (optional). Serve over rice or noodles.
