SKILLET MACARONI AND BEEF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 lb. uncooked elbow or salad macaroni (2 c.)
1/2 c. minced onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cook beef until redness is gone. Remove beef from skillet and cook macaroni, pepper and onion in beef fat until macaroni is yellow. Return beef to skillet along with tomato sauce, water, salt and pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and simmer approximately 25 minutes or until macaroni is done to suit you. Makes about 6 servings.
