HEAVENLY VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen French style green beans
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen baby lima beans
1 (10 oz.) pkg. sm. English peas
2 green peppers, seeded, cut into narrow strips
1 1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place beans, peas and peppers in just enough boiling water to avoid sticking. Cook only until thawed; separate with fork. Drain and cool. Pour into buttered 2 1/2 or 3 quart casserole. Fold together remaining ingredients. Pour over vegetables. (May do ahead to this point and refrigerate.) Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until top is brown and puffy.
