QUICK AND SIMPLE VEGETABLE
CASSEROLE
 
1 can Veg-All
1 can whole kernel corn
3/4 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise (no substitute)
1 (8 oz.) c. sour cream
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick melted butter

Grease a long casserole dish with butter. Drain well the vegetables; add mayonnaise and sour cream. Mix these four together in the casserole dish. Top with crackers mixed with butter. Bake at 375-400 degrees for 30 minutes or until mixture is bubbling and top is brown.
