2 c. hot mashed sweet potatoes
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. melted butter
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix until smooth with electric mixer. Spoon into 2 quart SHALLOW casserole. Cover with topping. Bake 30-45 minutes at 350 or until hot and lightly browned. Serves 6-8.

1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts - walnuts or pecans
1 c. butter
