UNBELIEVABLE LASAGNA 
4/5 c. spaghetti sauce
1 (8 oz.) lasagna
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 (8 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, shredded or thinly sliced
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
Onions and mushrooms

Brown meat and onions - add mushrooms. Add to spaghetti sauce.

In a 13x9x2 inch pan spread about a cup sauce, arrange a layer of uncooked lasagna. Top with some sauce, Ricotta, Mozzarella, Parmesan and sauce. Repeat. Gently pressing lasagna pieces into cheese mixture. End with final layer of lasagna.

Pour remaining sauce over all, making sure all lasagna pieces are covered in sauce. Don't be concerned with the empty space at the ends of the pan. During baking the lasagna will expand.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes until lightly browned and bubbling. Allow to stand 15 minutes before cutting. Called unbelievable lasagna because the lasagna is not pre-cooked.
