HAWAIIAN SHEET CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
2 sm. pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 c. milk
1 or 2 lg. cans (16 oz.) crushed pineapple (drain well)
1 lg. carton Cool Whip
Nuts and/or coconut

Bake cake according to directions in a jelly roll pan or similar large pan, 10x15 inch. Cool.

Whip cream cheese and add instant pudding mix. Add milk; beat smooth.

Cover cake with drained pineapple, then with pudding mixture, then Cool Whip, then nuts and/or coconut. Chill. Serves 18.
