16 oz. Cool Whip
1/2 stick butter, softened
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 boxes instant chocolate pudding (or vanilla if preferred)
4 c. milk
1 1/2 pkgs. Oreo type cookies
Gummy worms

Cream butter, sugar and cream cheese. Mix pudding and milk. Pour half of the pudding into the cheese mixture. Mix well. Add other half. Fold in Cool Whip. Grind cookies in blender or food processor until they are the consistency of coffee grounds. In parfait dish, alternate layers of cookie crumbs and pudding mixture. Garnish with 2 to 3 half hidden gummy worms.

For more fun, serve Dirt in small plastic flower pots. Use whole cookies to cover the holes in the bottom of the pot. Great for kids parties!
