1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
12 oz. chocolate chips
Chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. water
2 boxes instant chocolate pudding

Hand mix all of the above. Pour in greased and floured pan. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Can frost with chocolate icing if you wish.
