BREAD PUDDING 
8 slices bread or biscuits
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. butter
2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Break bread into small pieces. Melt butter and add all ingredients; stir well. Put into greased casserole dish and bake at 350°F until brown, about 30 to 35 minutes. Placing pan in a large pan of water.

To make chocolate bread pudding, add sweet chocolate or 1/2 cup cocoa.
