Day 10 - Put starter in large bowl and add 1 cup each sugar, flour and milk. Stir. Divide mixture evenly into 4 parts (4 scant cups), 1 for now, 1 for later, 2 to give away.

For the starter you are using now add: 1 c. sugar 1 c. oil 1 c. milk 1 c. nuts 3 eggs 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. vanilla 1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Mix together well. Bake at 350 degrees in 2 well greased loaf pans for 40 minutes or until center is done. Makes 2 loaves. For cupcakes: Makes 36, bake about 20 minutes.

If you make cupcakes any of these can be added: raisins, coconut, maraschino cherries, dried mixed fruit, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, etc.

You can divide the dough in two parts and use chocolate, butterscotch or coconut cream instant pudding INSTEAD of vanilla.

I haven't tried it yet but I think the starter could be 1 cup milk, 1 cup sugar and 1 cup flour.
