CHEESE BALL 
8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cracker Barrel Sharp Natural Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. oregano leaves
Chopped parsley
Melba toast rounds (wheat crackers)

Combine softened cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, onion, milk and oregano. Mix until well blended. Chill. Shape into a ball and roll in parsley. Serve with melba toast or crackers.
