HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. diced cooked chicken (thighs and breasts)
2 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
3 boiled eggs, diced
1 can water chestnuts
1 sm. can chow mein noodles
1 c. chopped celery

Mix together mushroom soup and mayonnaise then add cooked rice, cubed chicken, celery, eggs (diced), water chestnuts (salt if desired because I use no salt in cooking) I find that canned produce have enough salt.
