CARAMEL CORN POPS 
1 lg. box Corn Pops
1 c. pecan halves
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda

Melt all except vanilla and soda on top of stove in large pan. (I use my large roaster.) Then add vanilla and soda; mix thoroughly. Bake in preheated oven at 250 degrees, stir every 15 minutes. Bake 1 hour. Store in airtight container when cool.
