1 box instant mashed potatoes
1 sm. container Dean's onion dip
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tsp. seasoned salt

Make instant potatoes according to directions (omit salt). Add onion dip, mix. Add: 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, 1 cup Cheddar cheese and 2 teaspoons season salt. Mix together well. Take baking dish and spray with Pam. Spread potato mixture in pan and bake at 350 degrees until lightly crusted on top, about 1/2 hour. Serve as is or with a dab of sour cream on top.
