SCALLOPED NEW POTATOES 
1 1/2 lbs. new red potatoes, scrubbed and quartered
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. chopped chives
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram
1 c. sliced onions
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
Dash pepper

Put potatoes and onions in 2 quart casserole dish. In a medium bowl add the remaining ingredients and blend well. Pour over potatoes and onions. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Uncover and bake for 15-30 minutes or until tender.

To microwave: Microwave on High for 15-18 minutes or until tender, stirring twice during cooking. Let stand for 5 minutes. Serves 10 (1/2 cup servings).

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
