YOGURT - HERB BISCUITS | |
2 c. Bisquick 2/3 c. unflavored yogurt or 1 c. dairy sour cream 2 tbsp. snipped parsley 1 tbsp. snipped chives Heat oven to 450 degrees. Mix all ingredients until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 20 strokes. Gently smooth dough into ball on cloth covered board dusted with baking mix. Knead 5 times. Roll dough 1/2 inch thick. Cut with floured 2 inch cutter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes. Makes 10 to 12 biscuits. |
